So I scratched him to GO!!!

I made my own guide pin (after the pic I rounded the corner more, to get better drive performance):

One half of the axle gear was taken out and the other half pressed to the motor gear and fixed:

Quite simple and driving is quite funny * a real drifter. He is only a bit toooo wide... 1/40... but I had enough fun to scratch him!
